Woman bleeding from eye after fainting near Bellevue Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a 68-year-old woman who was bleeding from the eye and had lost some vision was reported near 6 Bellevue Avenue, close to South Loudoun Street and South Braddock Street. She reportedly had a syncopal episode. Emergency units including Medic 51 and Engine 5 responded to the scene.
