Suspicious vehicle with trailer outside home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious black SUV with a trailer hauling lawnmowers that slowly drove by and then parked in front of a caller’s residence near Gravenstein Court and Stony Mead Drive in Winchester.
