Elderly female with chest pain after heart failure discharge

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 90-year-old woman from a senior facility experienced sudden chest pain around midnight. She has a history of heart failure and atrial fibrillation. After taking one nitroglycerin tablet, her blood pressure dropped, so further doses were withheld. She still has chest pain and leg swelling but clear lungs and stable vital signs. EMS is en route to Windber Hospital with IV and labs completed.
