Man in 20s passes out face down at Portland Pie bar

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a busy restaurant on Roosevelt Trail in Windham for a report of a man in his twenties who apparently passed out face down at the bar after briefly yelling. Employees and police were on scene.
