As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a disorderly person near the (number withheld) block of State Route 303 after a caller said a blond man in jeans and a light-colored T-shirt threw an object at their passing car and then went into nearby woods. The caller did not want to file a report and requested only an area check.
