Man fights with brother and leaves in blue Mustang

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the area of a residence on State Street for a report of a man who had been throwing items and fighting with his brother before leaving in a blue Mustang, possibly heading toward a nearby hospital area.
