Welfare check for a suicidal and intoxicated man

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies in the Village of Windsor conduct a welfare check near Lake Circle for a 50-year-old man who was previously reported suicidal and may be intoxicated. Family members are on the way with a key to try to get into the residence without forcing entry.
