Reckless driver reported on Highway 281 near Windthorst

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible reckless driver in a tan and black Chevy traveling southbound on Highway 281 between Windthorst and Scotland, Texas, allegedly swerving and tailgating other vehicles a few minutes earlier.
