Tree blocking eastbound lane near Tollgate Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported a tree across the eastbound lanes of Route 11 and 30 near Tollgate Road. The obstruction was small enough for the officer to remove, and the officer remained on scene near nearby power lines.
