Vehicles pass in no passing zone on State Route 177

As discussed during the dispatch call, a trooper reported that two vehicles—a dark gray Jeep Cherokee and a lifted black truck—were seen passing in a no passing zone near mile marker 157 on State Route 177 south of Winkelman.
