Train strikes pedestrian at Northwest First Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a train apparently struck a pedestrian near Northwest First Street and Northwest Kerron Avenue in Winlock. Rescue units arrived, requested a medical helicopter, and asked to have the train tracks shut down. In a separate call, responders were dispatched to a possible diabetic medical problem near East Kale Avenue and North Main Street.
