Bucket leaking oil removed from tide pool

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from near the Schoodic Institute of a white bucket with a blue lid that appeared to be leaking oil into a tide pool. A visitor reportedly removed the bucket from the area, and officers were advised to document the information for possible follow-up.
