Man on blood thinners injured in head fall

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 54-year-old man suffered a fall with a head injury near N Lakemont Avenue and was taken to AdventHealth Winter Park. He was on blood thinners but showed no loss of consciousness or nausea. Vitals were stable during transport.
