Person reported on fire near Cold Canyon

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a possible medical incident near Cold Canyon off Highway 128 by the Napa County line after a text-to-911 reported that someone was on fire. Fire crews, an ambulance, and deputies were dispatched to the northwest part of the county.
