Report of children transported without car seats after domestic dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a possible domestic-related incident near W Short St. A male caller said his girlfriend (name withheld) left eastbound with three young children in a burgundy Pontiac; the children were reportedly not in car seats and may be heading toward Winterset (possibly to the mother’s residence).
