Search for missing elderly man with dementia

As discussed during the dispatch call, police conducted a welfare check and search for a missing elderly man with dementia in the Johnson Ave area after his spouse reported that he left home and his phone was pinging nearby. Units also noted he may be the same person previously located on River Road about a month earlier.
