Bushes near intersection affect drivers’ visibility

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer responded to a traffic visibility complaint about bushes near Pleasant Street and Villa Avenue and reported that the bushes were high but did not block the sidewalk, and that drivers exiting slowly should still be able to pull out safely.
