Suspicious man with box of money near Summer Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was flagged down about a possible suspicious man near the Summer Street bridge in Winthrop. The man was reportedly carrying a box of money and wearing black shorts and a gray shirt. The officer headed to the area to investigate.
