Abandoned tan sedan with Ontario plates reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of an apparently abandoned tan sedan with Ontario license plates on West Mallard Lane. A neighbor reported seeing the vehicle taken away on a flatbed earlier in the morning, and it was unclear what was currently happening with the vehicle.
