Driver reported for tailgating and speeding on MN-19

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a driving complaint about a dark-colored Chevy SUV that was reportedly tailgating and speeding eastbound on Highway 19 near Winthrop. An officer later located the vehicle near a convenience store parking lot and planned a traffic stop for suspected speeding.
