Child flees during domestic dispute at 12th Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a reported domestic disturbance at an apartment on 12th Street South in Wisconsin Rapids. Callers reported loud screaming, objects being thrown, and doors slamming. A child apparently ran from the residence and was with the caller at a nearby playground. The reporting party stated there were no known weapons involved.
