Report of possible fire near Wishram railroad tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to the area near Wishram and the railroad tracks along Highway 14 for a possible fire or smoke. Responders were told the reported smoke might actually be dust from a person grading gravel in the railroad yard, and they continued to investigate the situation.
