Suspicious person on bike reported on Jefferson Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to investigate a report of a suspicious man riding an e-bike near Jefferson Street in the village of Olcott after a caller said he was acting in a creepy manner and requested to speak with officers. Backup for the responding unit was later canceled.
