Truck damages hotel sprinkler, triggers fire alarm

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a commercial fire alarm at a hotel near North Wood Dale Road in Wood Dale. On arrival, they found no visible fire. Radio traffic indicates a UPS truck apparently struck a sprinkler head in the hotel overhang, triggering the alarm and requiring the fire system to be shut down.
