43-year-old man possible seizure outside health clinic

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for an adult man with a possible seizure and cardiac issues outside a health clinic near Mount Hood Avenue and North Pacific Highway in Woodburn. One medic unit ultimately took over the call and reported the patient was snoring on his left side.
