Juveniles riding bikes into traffic near Woodcliff Lake Reservoir

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Woodcliff Lake Reservoir for a report of two juveniles repeatedly riding/jumping their bicycles into traffic, apparently trying to make drivers brake suddenly and creating a road hazard. Dispatch advised they may be the same juveniles involved in a similar earlier incident.
