Suicidal man possibly armed with shotgun at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, units are asked to locate and check the well-being of (name withheld) after reported suicidal threats. State police attempted a welfare check and were unable to make contact. He may be armed with a shotgun; a white Chevy Traverse was seen in the driveway. Last known location was near Tabor Road in Woodland; notify state police if located.
