Intoxicated motorist causing disturbance at gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a welfare check request at a gas station near East Highway 24 and Meridian, where staff reported a very intoxicated motorist revving the engine while parked on the west side of the lot in a newer Jeep with a Colorado plate.
