Suspicious woman repeatedly walking near trailhead

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a report of a woman repeatedly parking near a trailhead by Early Star Drive and Caribou Drive West and walking along the roadway. The caller said she appeared to be exercising but was acting oddly at close range.
