Unlawful outdoor burn investigated at Woods Creek

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded near Woods Creek for a reported smoke investigation. Units found what appeared to be an unlawful outdoor burn, with no house fire involved. Medical units and additional engines were canceled and command was later terminated.
