Erratic driving reported on Highway 141 westbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about a gray or silver Infiniti sedan reportedly driving erratically on Highway 141 westbound near the Woodward exit, around mile marker 130. The vehicle apparently nearly ran the reporting driver off the road before continuing westbound.
