Report of child screaming near Highland Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers dispatched for a report of a child screaming "help" or calling for "mom" near Highland Avenue, described as coming from an alley south of Highland and possibly east of a residence near Highland Ave. The caller could not identify which backyard it came from and reported the screaming had stopped by the time of the call.
