Unsecured car found near bridge on Oklahoma Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported an unattended black Toyota Corolla left unsecured near a bridge around the 1300 block of Oklahoma Avenue. The apparent occupants were being sought at the time of the radio traffic.
