Multi-vehicle crash near Willow Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible three- or four-vehicle accident involving a gray Honda, a black Toyota, and another vehicle near Willow Street in Woonsocket. A white Volkswagen was also reported blocking a driveway on Hamlet Avenue.
