We went over to 299 North Service Road. There's a female party called to say she was getting out of the shower and she looked out the window to see a man taking water from their spicket. This happened about 8 o'clock, but she describes him as (name withheld) wearing a fluorescent yellow jacket or shirt, short hair and glasses. They didn't see him associated with any vehicle. Again, this happened at about 8 o'clock.
