As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to County Highway 36 in Roxbury for a possible medical emergency involving a 90-year-old female with confusion and severe congestion. The patient was unable to get out of bed and had a pacemaker. Responders were advised to use the side door.
