Flooding closes stretch of State Highway 16

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates that flooding forced the closure of a stretch of State Highway 16 near Sugar Creek. Deputies and highway crews are apparently detouring traffic at nearby intersections, and (number withheld) unit reports being stuck in flood water while turning vehicles around.
