Two people hiding in home and yelling at dog

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller from a South First Street location in Wyandotte reports that two people are possibly hiding inside a residence near West Walker Street and yelling at her dog. She also reports watching passing vehicles and writing down their license plates.
