RP received a call from mother who was crying, RP's mother and father at location as well as a one-year-old child. RP is not at the location. She's currently out of the country. The U.S. vizs with RP stating that the mom called him crying, stating that her husband was hitting the sister and tried to break the sister's finger. RP states that the family does not speak very good English and is not aware that the RP was calling 911.
