Suspicious man approaches woman asking for money

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were told that a suspicious man in his late 30s to early 40s approached a woman near an apartment on West Main and asked her to do something for money. He was described as wearing a CSI shirt, gray shorts, and blue and white athletic shoes, and later left in a black car. The woman reportedly went to a friend’s nearby apartment, where her bicycle was brought inside.
