As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a person seen with a handgun near a vehicle off Highway 101 in Yachats. The individual was initially described as a juvenile, later clarified as a white male in his early 20s with a thin build, about 5'10", wearing a baseball cap and hoodie.
