Single vehicle crash north of Highway 339

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers coordinated a response to a possible single-vehicle incident near Highway 339 north of the 700 block. Law enforcement and medics contacted the apparent driver and located another person in a nearby field. One subject reportedly refused to speak with EMS before Mason Valley units were canceled.
