Eastbound and westbound Tuckahoe Road is open in one lane in either direction. Central Park Avenue and the Tuckahoe Road overpass is passable on eastbound and westbound sides by one lane. The only non-access will be on to the southbound service ramp to Central Avenue on the eastbound side of Tuckahoe Road by Duncan Donuts. You cannot access it from westbound Tuckahoe Road crossing over. There are barricades and stuff in the way.
