Reckless semi swerving and cutting off vehicles

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a reckless semi truck traveling eastbound on Highway 424, described as an older gray semi pulling a silver cattle trailer and allegedly swerving into other lanes and cutting off other vehicles.
