Child seen riding in back of U-Haul at Walmart

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a welfare check near a Walmart after a caller reported a woman yelling and a child riding in the back of a U-Haul. When the adults noticed the caller watching, they moved the child to the front seat. The vehicle was later reported leaving the parking lot and heading north into York on South Lincoln.
