Vehicle loses control after driving without lights

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers followed a white SUV that was reportedly driving without headlights on West Liberty Street before it turned onto Fleetwood Road. The driver apparently lost control, went through a ditch, and may have struck a mailbox before the pursuit was ended near the 17 mile marker. Other vehicles later arrived at the scene to assist.
