Disabled semi on I-35 moved to shoulder

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported a disabled semi truck on northbound I-35 just north of Second Street. The vehicle was moved from the traffic lane to the shoulder, and the driver was setting up warning triangles and contacting roadside assistance.
