Pickup and trailer hit guardrail, axle torn off

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a white pickup truck towing a trailer that apparently struck a guardrail near milepost 232. The vehicle is reported to still be at the scene on the right side of the roadway with the trailer axle torn off.
