Multi-vehicle crash with fuel leak near 14th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a multi vehicle traffic collision near 14th Street in Yuma involving a semi truck, a Toyota Prius, and at least one Toyota RAV4. The semi appears to have significant right side damage and a punctured fuel tank, and fire crews are working to contain a fuel leak. One RAV4 with rear end damage appears to be abandoned, and another RAV4 nearby has separate damage but may not be involved.
