You found your facility with a 73-year-old male coming from Mola Haven Care Center. Chief complaint today is going to be a possible bowel obstruction, Enos history of, for the staff. They said this all started this morning. He said he hasn't had a bowel movement last couple of days. Upon our arrival, he did happen to have a bowel movement. He's got some abdominal dissension, denies any pain. He has a paraplegic below the waist. Part rate is 85, sinusine monitor. He sat 99% on room air.
